How It Works

  • Step 1: Schedule

    Schedule an appointment by clicking the button below and filling out the form. We will get back to you within 24 hours to finalize a date and time for your first visit

  • Step 2: Evaluation When you arrive for your first visit, plan to be here for approximately 1 hour. We will discuss your injury history, perform an in-depth movement analysis, and determine the ROOT cause of your issue.

  • Step 3: Recovery

    With a clear plan of care already established, we will discuss a timeline of when you can expect to reach certain milestones in your recovery. Typically we require LESS in person visits than traditional PT, but you will be given a DETAILED program to work on between visits.

  • Step 4: Graduation

    Once you have reached your goals for PT, you will have a "graduation day" ! It's an exciting thing to look back at how far you've come, and you should be proud of yourself. Don't worry, continuing on with performance specific work is an option if you aren't ready to leave us yet. Many people continue to come in occasionally for tune ups and program updates!
